Elite Golf Management was formed in 2005 when Keith Flatt acquired the contract to become the receiver for the FDIC at Stallion Mountain Golf Club. Keith then went on to operate the clubhouse operations at Primm Valley Golf Club under Elite Golf in January of 2009. Due to the success that Keith experienced in the clubhouse operations at Primm Valley and the success of his future partner Paul Jaramillo on the golf course maintenance operations, the two of them formed Par 4 Golf Management in September of 2009. As co-owners of Par 4 Golf Management, Keith and Paul were able to create and grow a golf management group that rapidly grew to eight properties with 300 plus employees. Par 4’s quick growth in golf management was due to thier forward thinking in turning struggling facilities around.
Par 4 Golf Management took Las Vegas by surprise as Keith and Paul rapidly grew from one course to three. Over the next five years, Par 4 would have eight facilities under their management with five facilities under management contracts, two facilities leased by Par 4 and one facility purchased and eventually sold for a profit. Par 4 managed every aspect of these operations, from golf operations to food and beverage and golf course maintenance to accounting. Par 4’s reputation around the Las Vegas golf scene grew as customers came to love the conditions and service they were treated to at our facilities.
Keith would take over full control of Par 4 Golf Management in July of 2016 and change the name of the company to Elite Golf Management. All management contracts under Par 4 were assigned to Elite Golf. The change in ownership allowed Keith to grow the company and expand the services that are offered to clients. Elite Golf now offers individualized service to over 12 clients in fields such as accounting, golf course maintenance and facility management. Elite Golf Management is now on the path to continued success and future growth and we look forward to having you on the team.
