The Elite Golf team believes in making sure every employee understands who they report to at the facility. Facilities may differ slightly in their structure due to department and manager makeup. Below is a representation of a general organizational chart for an Elite Golf facility. Please use this as a general guideline for reporting purposes. If you have a question, issue or need managerial help, please first report to your designated supervisor/manager. If your designated supervisor/manager is unable to help answer your question or resolve an issue, please go to the next level on the organizational chart. Employees should proceed up the organizational chart only after talking to their immediate supervisor/manager. If the general manager at the facility is not able to help answer the question or resolve the issue, please speak with corporate team member Dustin Flatt, followed by Derrick Hunter and finally if still unresolved please speak with Keith Flatt.
