Elite Golf believes in getting merchandise onto the floor as soon as possible once it has been received into the system. Merchandise that sits in the storage room is merchandise that can not be sold and in essence is money on the shelf. It is very important that merchandise be displayed right after it has been received to prevent a back storage of inventory.
All employees are encouraged to use their creativity to display merchandise. Displays should be kept clean and changed often. It is up to every golf shop employee to rotate displays throughout the year to keep things looking fresh. Displays will need to be filled periodically whether it is daily or weekly. Take pride in displaying the shop’s merchandise and use some imagination to create something unique to the facility.
