Personal Appearance & Dress Code
Your dress and grooming is a direct reflection of the company. As such, a neat personal appearance and good grooming habits are required. Elite Golf will issue uniforms to certain employees depending on position. Employees may be required to purchase some pieces of their uniform.
General Guidelines
All employees must adhere to the following guidelines.
- Clothes must be neat, clean, pressed and fit properly.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming standards must be maintained.
- While on duty, employees must wear their required uniform.
- While on duty, name badges must be worn on the upper right side of the shirt or jacket at all times.
- Footwear should be in good repair and suitable for the appropriate department. Open toed shoes are prohibited.
- While on duty, only facility issued hats with the facility logo and or the Elite Golf logo may be worn.
Acceptable Men’s Grooming Standards
- No eye makeup, facial makeup or colored nail polish.
- Hair should be neat, clean, and style should be business appropriate. Hair should not be longer than the bottom of the shirt collar. No extreme hairstyles or colors.
- Mustaches, goatees, beards and sideburns should be well groomed and trimmed daily. No unusual mustaches or goatees.
- No visible body piercings or tattoos are permitted.
Acceptable Women’s Grooming Standards
- Only natural looking cosmetics that compliment your skin tone should be used.
- Nails should be reasonable in length, style, and color.
- Hair should be neat, clean, and business appropriate. Long hair must be kept away from your face and should not block vision or create a safety hazard. No extreme hairstyles or colors.
- Jewelry and accessories may be worn in moderation. No more than two earrings per ear; earrings should not be larger than a quarter. No visible body piercings or tattoos are permitted.
Staff Dress Code
Facility personnel will be dressed professionally in golf attire. The Elite Golf basic standards for a staff member’s uniform are listed below.
- Golf shirt: Must be a collard shirt issued by the facility with the facility and or the Elite Golf logo.
- Pants/Shorts: Must be pressed, in good repair and match the uniform color required by the facility.
- Shoes: Need to be clean and in good repair.
- Hats: Must be a facility issued hat with the facility and or the Elite Golf logo. Hats are to be worn forward at all times.
- Jackets: Must be a facility issued jacket with the facility and or the Elite Golf logo.
- Name badge: Must be worn on the upper right side of the shirt or jacket.
- Staff members will be issued their first name badge. If a staff member loses their name badge, the staff member will be charged $5.00 to replace their name badge.
